Fellow happy campers,
First of all, I'm typing this in the LRC before school... which basically means none of my friends have arrived in the LRC yet. Secondly, I managed to weasel my way out of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th periods to go to the zoo with Elyse and her Environmental Science class (as opposed to my Enviro Class which is going next week)... That means next week when my class goes, I'll get to stay behind and have a free period when I would usually have enviro. Sah-weet. A little break from the monotony of the day is always acceptable.
My gay marriage article got released in the Tom Tom the other day. So far there's been, I guess, a couple ruffles as people have been coming up to Mike Sherry and asking him, "Did Louis Virtel tell you he's gay?!?!" like it was the question of the millennium. Also, I've garnenered good reviews about the article thus far, but I sure hope there is outrage and tables overturned and effigies and everything. I also want drag queens to dress up as me. I understand that would defeat the purpose of drag, but that's a chance the queens will have to take.
Hmmm guess I'm excited about the zoo... the thing is, I get sick of any tourist-y place like zoos or museums after awhile. One thing I never cease to love are the food courts. Just picture that place...the food court near the dolphin show... like a sunset over the prairie...with chicken fingers. And with that, I'ma get going, I have to brace myself for one class period of work before my big zoo excursion. I am Louis Virtel, Crocodile Hunter.
Later.
Love you still and always,
Louis.
